Beta Alpha Psi Eta Iota “Superior” Chapter, Est. 1986
The Beta Alpha Psi Eta Iota “Superior” Chapter of FIU is an international honorary organization catering to Accounting, Finance and MIS students. The chapters goal is to help facilitate the transition from student to professional.
Since 1988 they have been recognize as “Superior” chapter as well as being recognized as the 2004 Number One Honor Society at FIU.
The members of Beta Alpha Psi are known as some of the top business students at FIU in Accounting, Finance and MIS. Through their membership requirements and point system they ensure that only the best and most committed students join.
One of the biggest events for Beta is the “Ahead of the Game” expo. A partnership with another top Accounting, Finance and MIS organization ALPFA, it includes over 30 firms and companies in search of the best and brightest Accounting, Finance and MIS students at FIU.
Along with their many professional development endeavors, Beta Alpha Psi also maintains a high level of community involvement. They work with several organizations and also promote FIU Spirit through tailgates and attending several FIU events – including the Homecoming Queen candidate who is the Beta Alpha Psi Webmaster.
